1. Ingredients   

Gather your ingredients, including medium-sized potatoes, olive oil, salt, and any desired toppings like sour cream, cheese, chives, or bacon bits.

2. Celery Cucumber Juice   

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

3. Poke Holes  

Use a fork to poke several holes around each potato. This helps steam escape during cooking and prevents the potatoes from bursting.

4. Coat with Oil and Season  

Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. You can also add other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or rosemary, if desired.

5. Preheat Air Fryer 

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

6. Air Fry   

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.

To check if the potatoes are done, insert a fork or knife into the center of the potato. If it slides in easily, the potatoes are ready.
